We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Campaigner® Operations Team! This job calls for an experienced Internet System Administrator on Windows systems with llS who is eager to master the details of a complex multi-tier SaaS application.

Job Duties:  

  • Work with other team members operating and evolving a commercial email system in an Agile (Scrum) process.
  • Manage, locally and remotely, a 24/7/365 SaaS  system to ensure and enhance reliability and availability 
  • Use multiple monitoring systems for management and response to alerts of the production environment.
  • Analyze application and service issues to identify and triage issues, in a complex multi-component software system under time pressure.
  • Recommend and implement corrective action as well as create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed.
  • Deploy servers, virtual machines, containers,  OS, application packages and updates as required, originating and following documented processes
  • Manage the services and applications that run in the production environment
  • Coordinate management of the production environment infrastructure
  • Manage DNS and load balancing for multiple internal and external domains
  • Track issues and work items in ticketing systems
  • Manage software license and SSL/TLS certificate renewal
  • On call support on a rotation basis

Job Requirements and Experience:  

Reliable remote access and some off-hours work are required.
You should have at least 2 years of experience in most of the following:
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 and later
  • Active Directory and Domain Controllers
  • llS with .Net 4.5
  • SQL Server 2014, ability to create ad hoc queries
  • Configuration management
  • Support of SaaS environments
  • Problem isolation
  • PKI (certificates and SSL/TLS)
  • Maintaining services In Azure or AWS
  • Kubernetes and Rancher

It's also useful if you have experience in

  • SMTP (PowerMTA)
  • Hyper-V
  • TCP/IP networking, DNS, load balancing
  • Web services
  • PCl-DSS
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Octopus, Jenkins or Puppet deployment
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Customer Service
