Ziff Media Group is looking for a Client Success Manager for our newly formed Strategic Growth team.  The CSM in this group will focus on super serving our large scale, multi-faceted partnerships across our portfolio of shopping and publishing brands such as RetailMeNot, Offers, PCMag and Mashable.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for  providing our clients with excellent campaign management post-sale and will help support pre-sale efforts. These activities include maximizing client relationships while working as a liaison among The Directors of Portfolio Growth, Branded Content Strategists, Ad Operations, Licensing and any other departments. This position is teamed with Directors of Portfolio Growth and the Director of Licensing and is responsible for campaign implementation and performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact for sold campaign management as well as helping to support pre sale efforts for Joint Business Plan opportunities
  • Analyze data and reporting from internal and third party sources to look at partner performance across the entire portfolio and all monetization tactics to help make recommendations for strategic engagement
  • Contributes to regular touch points with clients to deliver optimizations, reporting and overall campaign success
  • Identifies up-sell and renewal opportunities within campaign’s strategy and works with Directors of Portfolio Growth and Licensing to present to the client
  • Retains client base through exemplary service and positive ROI for the client
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with key contacts and team members in all functional areas
  • Coordinates and monitors development of all creative to ensure successful execution of the client's advertising campaign
  • Pull performance reporting across the portfolio and around different tactics
  • In partnership Portfolio Directors presents campaign performance reports to client; makes recommendations as necessary
  • Stays abreast of client's marketing needs: strategy, audience, objective and ROI expectation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer engagement experience in the area of marketing/advertising, sales force experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with decision makers with various talk tracks depending on expertise level
  • Critical thinking skills including data analysis and ability to position findings to customer with actionable steps
  • Ability to understand customer environments and sell the ZMG value proposition continually and influence decision makers
  • Fluent in Excel, Power-Point, analytics and research tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
  • Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a changing, fast-paced environment
