 Ziff Davis is seeing a passionate, results-oriented individual to handle and grow our performance merchant partnerships.


  • Own, grow, manage and become the subject matter authority in a set of performance marketing verticals
  • Set the strategic direction for your verticals. This includes developing new clients/merchants, retaining and growing current clients and providing insight into new emerging categories and new monetization mechanisms
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline and forecast of renewals, new sales, and new partner
  • Work on some of Ziff’s largest and most meaningful strategic accounts
  • Understand client’s business objectives and challenges and align Ziffs solutions to achieve those goals by crafting holistic merchant/client based solutions that incorporate display, licensing, and data to achieve both parties revenue goals
  • Manage and coach team; including regular 1:1s, performance reviews , joint sales calls, and prospecting together to work with them to achieve their performance goals
  • Work with product to make sure we have best in class solutions that improve CTR, conversions as well as convery merchant messaging
  • Effectively and accurately use Salesforce to keep records of all sales and prospecting activities, client meetings, sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed deals, and related sales activities.

  • Map client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers


You have a minimum of a 5-7 year track record of success in managing a high volume of accounts in a sales, partner management, or business development capacity.

  • You have experience in digital marketing with a working knowledge of paid search, affiliate marketing, and display
  • You are highly analytical; you understand how to organize, synthesize data, but also understand the bigger picture
  • Data informs your proposals and your ability to analyze and understand the data allows you to grow your vertical and communicate to clients
  • You have experience in closing complex 6 figure plus deals
  • You are enthusiastic, enjoy prospecting and hunting for new clients ;you love to hustle
  • You like to work hard, have fun and learn a lot in a dynamic and fast paced atmosphere
  • You have managed people before and you enjoy coaching and watching them achieve success
  • You thrive in a fast paced, matrix organization and are comfortable working cross functionally with team members at all levels of an organization
  • You have excellent presentation skills
  • You are comfortable with a variety of analytics platforms
  • You are a self starter who can work with limited direction
