Ziff Davis Commerce is seeing a passionate, results-oriented individual to manage and grow our affiliate merchant partnerships.


  • Develop new partnerships and manage existing partnerships in the performance-based marketing space for client satisfaction and growth
  • Provide superior client service to ensure partners have the information they need to optimize their sales from the Ziff Davis Commerce portfolio of sites
  • Grow revenue by negotiating higher CPAs, commission rates, and securing flat fee advertising dollars
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Ad Sales and Licensing teams
  • Get preferred and exclusive promotions from partners to delight and engage customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate new promotions and other relevant information to the appropriate teams and to obtain insights and new product information from other teams
  • Prospect for new business, including research of new companies and products for engaging existing customers and obtaining new customers


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 5-7 year track record of success in managing a high volume of accounts in a sales, partner management, or business development capacity
  • Experience in digital marketing with a working knowledge of paid search, affiliate marketing, and display
  • Comfort in analyzing partner performance data to extract insights and presenting data in a clear and understandable way to partners
  • Ability to work with limited direction and pro-actively communicate updates to manager
  • Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve problems and address partner questions or concerns in a professional and thoughtful way
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of partner communication
  • Eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management
  • A sense of humor is always a plus
