General Purpose 

Health eCareers is looking for a Sales Rockstar to help us exceed our targets and keep our company competitive and innovative.  This individual will work in a team selling environment and work with a geographically set territory.  Are you ready to help move healthcare forward?     

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, are achievement-oriented, and believe in performance rewards for exceeding monthly sales goals through strong collaboration with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new prospects and opportunities, determine business and workforce plans, and develop strategically aligned advertising and resource offerings to meet recruiting needs.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for future business in order to meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Retain and grow sales with existing and new clients in order to achieve or exceed all individual sales goals within assigned accounts/territory.  
  • Meet/exceed assigned sales revenue goals and KPI’s.  
  • Become a Health eCareers product expert.
  • Work with territory team to identify growth on all new and current clients.  When growth potential is identified, transition account to the team's Account Executive.  
  • Maintain awareness of changes in a customer’s organization and alter sales plan accordingly.
  • Work through the discovery process to get an understanding of the client's needs.
  • Create and execute business plans to drive revenue within all current client organizations; identify and address current and future growth opportunities.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-oriented recommendations based on client needs.
  • Initiate and deliver sales proposals and presentations with key decision-makers and stakeholders and negotiate/overcome objections to close deals.
  • Ability to organize and maintain many accounts.
  • Work with Account Coordinator to ensure all products are being used and to maintain the client’s awareness of product activity.
  • Accurately forecast and report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, activities, and pipeline to management on a timely basis. 
  • Become market experts in given territory; become familiar with territory trends, industry demands, and attend local meetings and conferences.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to accurately document and monitor all business leads, opportunities, activities, and sales.

Other Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work with Territory team on product and service delivery to ensure complete client satisfaction, as well as to continue to grow business with existing clients.
  • Stay up to date on new and innovative selling approaches or techniques.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • No direct reports.


Job Qualifications

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes 
  • Proven track record in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • The ability to manage a successful sales pipeline. 
  • Demonstrated success in uncovering sales growth opportunities within existing clients.
  • Desire and skilled ability to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with various contacts within accounts.
  • Advanced ability to communicate and negotiate professionally and effectively, in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Strong understanding of the consultative selling process.
  • Client-focused.
  • Energetic, results-oriented, and a catalyst for change.
  • Strategic thinker - must have the ability to uncover business problems/opportunities and recommend solutions to clients, management team, and/or sales members.
  • Strong planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to present to small and large groups.  
  • Ability to read and comprehend industry related materials and publications to maintain up to date information. 
  • Competency in using common software programs, such as G Suite and/or Microsoft Suite, SalesForce.com, Salesloft, Tableau, or other CRMs, etc.
  • The ability to travel 5-10% to client sites, conferences, and/or career fairs.
Required Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience required. 
  • 3-5  years of successful sales experience 
  • 3-5 years experience in the healthcare, recruitment, and/or advertising markets.
  • 3-5 years of recent experience with contract negotiation and execution.
