The role

With over 8 million members, VoucherCodes is one of the UK’s largest money saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Executive to work as part of our Operations team in London. 

Your role will sit within the Operations team, helping to maintain a high standard of promotional opportunities and provide support to the partners of VoucherCodes. As a Sales Operations Executive you’ll be responsible for adding and verifying the promotional opportunities and reward offers on as well as responding to a range of queries from our partners & users. You’ll also be working closely with our Partnerships team to identify the best content while using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for B2B, B2C and online advertising. You’ll be working closely with our B2B team to help promote vouchers for our members. This is a great chance to improve communication skills and learn all about one of the UK’s most popular savings websites. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has a great attention to detail. Being happy to work independently and as part of a team is essential and in return, you’ll get hands-on experience working on one of the UK’s most popular websites and contribute directly to its growth.

We are working fully remotely at present, but anticipate our office reopening as soon as it is safe to do so! We haven’t let covid stop us bringing in new talent to the team, so we know how to get you up and running quickly while working remotely. Don’t worry, you’re in safe hands. Once our office is open you will have flexibility to get that perfect work/life balance by working some days remotely if you wish.

What we need from you

  • A passion for online shopping and confidence using the internet
  • An awareness/understanding of Salesforce and Tableau 
  • Can use Excel to an intermediate skill level 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a new CMS and other software
  • A natural instinct to resolve problems using data 
  • A great eye for finding the best savings possible. A strong customer focus and a tenacious pursuit of business and team goals
  • Ability to prioritise a complex workload under pressure
  • Forensic attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A team player
  • Can follow instructions and carefully follow house style rules
  • Able to complete repetitive tasks to a high standard
  • Great communication and organisational skills with a friendly, positive and can-do manner
  • 2:2 Undergraduate degree from respected university or relevant experience commensurate to a bachelor's degree

What you’ll be doing

  • Adding promotional opportunities to prominent areas of our website
  • Identifying and scheduling content for our Partner Landing Pages
  • Checking imagery on our website and updating it when required
  • Adding reward offers and new brands pages to our website.
  • Frequently communicating with the team to flag any issues with promotional opportunities, imagery, brand pages and links.
  • Working closely with our Partnerships team to identify reward offer opportunities
  • Supporting our Partnerships team to help them grow their accounts and relationships
  • Booking exposure and adverts through Salesforce
  • Analysing reward offer performance using Tableau and Excel
  • General administration to support both the Sales Operations and Partnerships team
