What to Expect, the world’s best-known pregnancy and parenting brand, is seeking a Lead Gen Manager  to join our fast-paced team. This is a growth opportunity to be a key player on the team while learning the ins and outs of managing the lead generation business. Daily responsibilities include managing and executing campaigns, analytics/reporting and optimizations. The ideal candidate has digital media experience, is extremely organized and resourceful and looking for a great opportunity to be part of a growing team.

 

What You’ll Own:

  • Supporting sales team with daily tasks - this includes joining client kick-off calls, proactively communicating on deliverables with clients, supporting sales with reporting and optimization recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance - by thoroughly checking campaigns and tracking reports, the Lead Gen Manager ensures high quality of all output and deliverables.
  • Improving the customer experience - the Lead Gen Manager will work very closely with the Lead Gen team leader, CSMs, Sales Reps and other internal teams to ensure that key deliverables are completed on time and with the highest quality.
  • Tracking and Reporting - the Lead Gen Manager will track and report on delivery leading up to monthly client reconciliation reporting and billing.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • BA/BS degree. Ability to learn quickly.
  • 1-3 years digital experience .
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management experience.
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented, collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with minimal oversight.
