The HR Business Analyst will assist with the provision of key analytics and metrics and other data gathering initiatives to capture, analyze, and report HR trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of working experience in HR systems
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills utilizing Microsoft Office product suite, in particular Excel to advanced standard
  • Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation with basic understanding of business process mapping is required
  • Must possess a high level of integrity with understanding of the need for confidentiality in maintaining integrity internally and externally with HR data
  • Experience working in a global environment, supporting multiple time zones
  • Exposure to HR processes and projects desirable

Essential Duties

  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics from ATS and other HR systems
  • Assist in reporting, due diligence and auditing
  • Perform testing and process workflow validation for new systems, processes, and tools
  • Use critical judgment in the evaluation of data and to concisely and coherently articulate recommendations
  • Create custom reports and develop system knowledge to make process & system changes
  • Support in creating and maintaining project plans and developing presentations
