We need a leader who will build and lead the international digital marketing capability for B2C/SOHO/SMBs of Vipre Security Group. We are looking for a passionate, rigorous, and results-driven digital marketer that will own the strategy, planning, and execution of performance marketing.  

You will be part of a global marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition for  markets outside of North America. This role requires a strong background in search engine optimization (desktop and mobile), affiliate program, social media, and podcast.  You will work with Performance Marketing Americas, eCommerce, Content, Product, and Sales teams to maximize the return on your digital media investments and ensure consistency in brand messaging. You will be reporting to VP, eCommerce Marketing. 

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will also bring strong relationships with global ad networks and social platforms and deep experience with applying analytics, technology and creative development to achieve strategic success. 


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop holistic advertising strategies and manage campaign performance to hit short and long term growth goals.
  • Meet lead targets and own reporting of key performance indicators and measurement of marketing effectiveness.
  • Own both the affiliate and influencer marketing programs, responsible for building relationships with new affiliates and influencers, as well as deepening and optimizing our existing partnerships. 
  • Manage a marketing budget and ensure best possible spent optimisation by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies.
  • Be the expert of international markets that you are managing and tailor global brand/marketing strategies to local market needs.
  • Collaborate with the NA marketing team on forecasting, planning, and strategic priorities.
  • Work with Analytics team to ensure accurate measurement of channel volume and efficiency, refine attribution with a goal of enabling growth, and develop and share business intelligence across the organization
  • Develop and manage high performance digital teams
  • Manage external vendors (e.g. a performance media agency and marketing software) to deliver campaigns. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing. Experience in both B2B and B2C preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Communication.
  • Solid and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media Ad platforms, email, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and marketing automation
  • Data-driven mentality with significant experience working with marketing and digital attribution models and large datasets that measure channel performance and return
  • Know how to get the most out of external resources like agencies and platform providers.
  • Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking ability; and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
