This role is an integral part of a busy, energetic team, reporting to the Head of Client Delivery.

 You will be responsible for: 

  • Providing admin support to the busy Client Delivery Team.
  • Liaising with all parties in the business and external lead delivery partners.
  • Setting up, tracking and reporting of TM (Telemarketing) and Online campaign bookings.
  • Supporting the Delivery team in all aspects of campaign reporting and delivery.
  • Learning and using key company platforms including Salesforce, Tableau and in-house Leadgen system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
  • Strong verbal and communication skills essential
  • Effective time-keeping and file management skills essential
  • Professional team player with enthusiastic outlook

Experience working within a B2B (Business to Business) or telesales environment will be advantageous – not essential.
