The Reporting Operations Specialist is responsible for validating accuracy of automated reports and creating custom reports on digital marketing campaigns and audience behavior. The Reporting Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally with multiple business units in the organization to analyze campaign and digital activity data for both internal and external client-facing needs. The role requires an investigative mind with strong communication skills to troubleshoot anomalies in data as well as uncover unique and deeper insights for individual client needs.  This role will require the ability to translate technical specifics to a higher-level client summarization.


 Utilize dashboard and database access to create custom campaign/audience performance views and investigate data inconsistencies or outliers

  • Review and communicate digital performance metrics and user behavior with Sales and clients, translating raw metrics to key insights 
  • Cross-functional team collaboration in the improvement of data access tools and reports, including soliciting reporting feedback from account teams and clients and working with Data Science/BI partners to implement improvements
  • Review and provide final campaign data to finance teams for account reconciliation and invoicing
  • Contribute to new product roll-outs and new product analysis  



 Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Understanding of digital content and marketing platforms/delivery systems
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce use and reporting is helpful
  • Experience in project management preferred
