BabyCenter, the world’s leading pregnancy and parenting brand, is seeking a talented and driven Sr. Acquisition Manager. This role will oversee the strategy and execution for all customer acquisition market programs and will ensure the business is optimizing all paid user acquisition channels, testing and analyzing performance to meet KPIs and business goals.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Develop, plan, and execute paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEM, paid social media, search and app install campaigns to drive quality registrations
  • Implement a data-driven approach and assess each channel and each campaign based on clear ROI targets
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition and meet business KPIs across a variety of digital channels
  • Manage the development and ongoing optimizations of creative assets, including registration landing pages, messaging and ads
  • Continuously test and optimize creative and copy for marketing campaigns with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests in order to maximize efficiencies and ensure user growth
  • Manage the spend and budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and reporting with a vision for long term user growth as well as efficiencies for short term CPA (cost per acquisition)
  • Analyze performance metrics and work with Analytics team to develop comprehensive reporting on marketing acquisition campaigns to help inform future paid media investment decisions
  • Explore and test new digital marketing channels as needed to support growth and deliver overall business goals
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in a performance marketing role ideally at a publisher, recognized agency, or consumer brand
  • Proven track record of managing app installs, user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, Google AdWords
  • Data and ROI driven - experience manipulating large datasets through advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Proficiency with analytics tools a plus (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc)
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
  • End-to-end experience of the marketing process from initial concepting all the way to execution.
