We’re on the hunt for a hungry outbound BDR, SDR or Enterprise outbound role who’s been crushing it and is ready for a step up to the plate as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive.

Your day-to-day (as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, you’ll):

  • Manage existing accounts, discover new business opportunities and close deals
  • Once you’ve developed your book of business, you’ll be responsible for growing those relationships
  • Work with marketing to develop inbound campaigns to drive more leads to you
  • Develop internal relationships to grow knowledge of how the business is run
  • Oversee client success and renewal revenue

What does it take to do this job:

  • 2-5 years of outbound sales experience
  • Preferred previous roles are: BDR, SDR, Enterprise B/SDR or anything specific to developing new business
  • Having a knack for getting something to quickly like and trust you
  • Coachability is a must 
  • Innate drive to further your career
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRMs is preferred
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce or other sales enablement tools is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Language experience in French or German or experience working in the French and German Markets preferred

 

Location: SWZD is a “Work From Anywhere” company. We value productivity over location, so this position may be performed from anywhere - a significant benefit for both the company and the individual team member. SWZD has offices in Austin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix or London, though physical attendance is at the discretion of employees and their managers.
