Sales Operations Associate

  • Gather order information, review, and process orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor phone queue and address customer service calls
  • Provide backup to other team members and assist with the queue of orders
  • Proactively contact customers with expiring contracts, generate renewal quotes, and ensure renewals are complete
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all Customer inquiries
  • Report issues to the Team Leader or Manager

Qualifications / Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience providing customer support 
  • Excellent computer skills (working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must!)
  • Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, effective written communication skills, ability to multi-task
  • Active listening, time management and judgement skills
  • Team player and fast learner with a solid work ethic

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce and/or Great Plains is a plus!
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Strong Communication

Education / Experience:

  • High School diploma required
