Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Program Management in New York, this role is responsible for supporting the administrative & program management responsibilities of the pre-sale & post-sale teams. This will involve working with the variety of disciplines within the team such as: Marketing & Pre-Sale Strategy, Sponsorship & Product Support, Post-Sale Program Management, Ad Operations & Inventory Forecasting, as well as collaborating with teams throughout the business (sales, branded, social, product, and editorial).

 

The creative solutions team has offices in LA, New York, San Francisco, London and Sydney and is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering custom campaigns for IGN’s advertisers. Custom campaigns can include any combination of bespoke ad design, branded content, content sponsorship, events, and product launches; a successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have an interest in cross-discipline media and a desire to support the processes ideating and delivering these programs.

 

Core responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting the Strategy Managers, involving:
    • Setting up planning documents
    • Helping establish strategy for the brainstorming process Coordinating schedules for cross functional teams around important meetings and projects.
    • Acting as the central point of contact on cross-team projects
  • Working with teams around the business to timeline, budget and scope campaigns we are pitching Supporting the Program Managers, involving::
    • Setting up production and campaign documents (via Trello)
    • Coordinating schedules for teams involved in producing and activating incoming/sold campaigns.
    • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and making recommendations to achieve campaign KPIs Managing submission and program management documents (Formstack, Trello, G-Suite), helping facilitate process updates to our forms.
  • Collaborating with the IGN sales team to provide pre and post-sales support for all pending and sold marketing campaigns.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams (Ad Operations, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Design & Creative, Product Development) to ensure that advertising campaigns are implemented and executed according to plan.
