The Lead Generation Marketing Manager works with j2 Cloud Services' marketing team to support a variety of B2B marketing activities and brand management. This positions reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies and programs for j2 Global®’s Cloud Fax portfolio, meeting organizational objectives as outlined in the annual  marketing plan.

The primary focus of this position is to take a leadership role in the development and implementation of marketing tactics focused on lead generation and campaign management activities including webinars, email campaigns, event and trade show management, content syndication, awareness building, budget management and ROI tracking and reporting.

Additionally, this person will participate in the strategic planning sessions for the Cloud Fax brands. This includes establishing, setting and measuring performance goals in-line with marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment and excel in coordinating complex projects and will have hands-on experience with all aspects of campaign management and lead generation tactics.  These include forecasting goals, establishing timelines, setting expectations, optimizing marketing automation, and tracking performance for all lead generation activities.  As the position will work very closely with multiple levels of management, key business stakeholders and online marketing agencies, this position requires a passionate, collaborative, innovative, strategic and smart individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and get the job done.

Job Duties: but not limited to the following

  • Serve as overall project manager and liaison for lead generation tactics for b2b targeted campaigns including but not limited to;
    • Webinar management
    • Tradeshow and event management 
    • Execution of online/offline lead generation campaigns
    • Marketing Automation
    • Database and segment list management 
    • Customer Retention 
    • Performance reporting, analytics, measurement and metrics
  • Development and ongoing management of relationships with marketing agencies and third party marketing vendors.
  • Responsible for developing marketing plans and budgets for corporate fax marketing.
  • Maintenance, forecasting and tracking of monthly budgets.
  • Responsible for establishing analytics / dashboards and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
  • Developing and maintaining a lead generation marketing calendar.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, media buying and promotional activities as directed.
  • Manage all elements of tradeshow and event logistics, including booth space rental, ordering services, shipping logistics, graphic displays, lead retrieval, reporting, etc.
  • A/B and multivariate testing

 

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • 3+ years of campaign management experience in Integrated Marketing or Internet business in a fast paced environment.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience 
  • 3 + years of experience managing/coordinating all aspects of a project lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously with individual production schedules.
  • 3 + years’ experience marketing to IT/Telecommunication companies. 
  • Experience in coordinating all aspects of tradeshow and event management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all elements of webinars programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to show lead growth, and pipeline development for enterprise markets.

 

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Functional knowledge of Saleforce.com
  • Functional knowledge of marketing automation tools i.e., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot.
  • Functional knowledge of webinar platforms, i.e., ON24, Webex, GoToMeeting, etc
  • Functional knowledge of prospect management platforms, i.e., DiscoverOrg.
  • Proficient to expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Interactive Media or a related field or equivalent experience.
