What You'll Do: 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work within a team that is responsible for managing the roadmap, customer journeys, requirements, user experience, and, ultimately, the success of our products which enable us to connect physicians, PAs, NPs and CRNAs with the best possible career opportunities. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, finance, partners, and leadership teams to launch and maintain advanced products and features.

As a hands-on product management professional, you bring broad product management skills and discipline to the table. You love partnering and working with others, and you figure out ways to collaborate across teams. You are analytical and strategic in the way you solve problems. You can easily jump between day-to-day tactics and long-term vision building. You have a good business sense and understand how products can affect, influence and improve the business. You’ll push for what is right for the business while being laser-focused on - and passionate about - the user experience. You strive for excellence.

Essential Functions:

  • Conceive of products that help our partners, employers, healthcare providers, and the users of our internal back-office systems, by determining through data analysis, user studies and market research, their needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help create the product roadmap, business, functional, and financial requirements, high-level wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Manage the overall success and life cycle of the product - definition, design, customer journey, requirements, documentation, launch, GTM activities, management updates, KPIs, and assessment of success - through proper planning and management
  • Make smart features (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs decisions using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
  • Help define internal and external-facing product vision and strategy and build consensus among multiple teams and leadership.
  • Analyze and clearly document exact financial and accounting requirements needed for new projects and champion their successful implementation
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market segments, Job seekers verticals, continually assessing the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a strategy-management related field is nice to have
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus
  • Minimum of 8+ years of product management, development, engineering, or marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in digital media space
  • Experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive business growth
  • Must have technical fluency with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Must have financial and accounting fluency with the ability to understand and track how data moves and transforms across multiple systems such as SalesForce, NetSuite and internal systems
  • Current on and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the digital advertising and marketing technology systems along with solid understanding of the online/digital advertising ecosystem, including advertising metrics, integration of tracking instrumentation across channels and how ads are bought, sold and delivered
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive projects toward completion with proper planning and management
