The Associate, Market Value & Impact is an entry-level position wherein the staff gains experience in the healthcare digital media industry and develops an understanding of the Everyday Health Professional value proposition and portfolio of products.  Products employed will include but are not limited to native advertising, digital media campaigns, email campaigns, and other tactics aimed at increasing physician awareness and utilization of specific pharmaceutical brands. This position plays a key role in ensuring field expectations and Market Impact project timelines are met.  The Associate collaborates across a dynamic team of cross-functional individuals within the sales organization.  As such, the Associate must be highly organized, a strong communicator both verbally and in written form, and must have strong PowerPoint and multi-media skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports development of Sales field marketing materials and collateral management:
    • Ensures field materials are up-to-date and organized in an easy to use system
    • Supports Market Impact team in development of product portfolio materials including production of sales presentations and product sales aids
    • Liaison with Creative Services team in development of field creative materials
    • Directs field team to appropriate resources
    • Manages version control and archive process
  • Project manager for Market Impact and field marketing initiatives:
    • Field marketing request trafficker and timeline manager; manages Market Impact team master initiatives calendar
    • Plans, organizes and executes field marketing initiatives as directed by Market Impact management team
    • Partners with Market Impact team and internal clients to ensure project deliverables are cohesive and in line with strategic goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year college degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing field with exposure to digital media; healthcare experience a plus
  • Passion for digital content and platforms, including technology-based solutions
  • Strong PowerPoint and multi-media skills; expertise with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to understand the medical / Pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles and business models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects
  • Ability to work independently – self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate for success
  • Problem solver focused on bringing timely resolution to issues
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Superior listening and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, sense of humor
  • Willingness to travel as needed
