The Data and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for the successful coordination of client campaign data-related projects, including client-facing surveys and studies, support for campaign data feeds, and providing scheduled reporting to key stakeholders. The Data and Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for managing timelines, status updates and coordinating deliverables from cross-functional team members in order to ensure the timely completion of designated projects.


  • Develop and manage internal processes for all client-facing surveys and studies
  • Coordinate project kick-offs to outline scope, timelines, responsibilities, and task assignments
  • Proactively gather and communicate status updates to key stakeholders in order to maintain established project timelines
  • Escalate and troubleshoot any issues/roadblocks that arise throughout the project
  • Provide support for managing client data feeds by gathering key information for the data engineering team.
  • Compile monthly reports on campaign activity and provide to the accounting team for invoicing
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Account Services team in editing monthly campaign reports for clients


  • 4 Year College Degree in business, marketing, or related area
  • Highly organized approach to Project Management
  • Ability to understand the medical / Pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles and business models
  • Understanding of digital content and marketing platforms/delivery systems Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple, parallel projects from inception to completion
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently – self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate for success
  • Ability to solve problems and bring timely resolution to issues.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well internally with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, sense of humor.
