The Opportunity

The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for quality assurance of digital-marketing campaign performance data and internal campaign metadata set-up. The operations specialist will work cross-functionally with multiple teams in the organization to onboard client data specifications and digital assets for new marketing campaigns. The role requires high attention to detail for data entry along with strong communication skills to act as intermediary between external stakeholders and internal data operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and implementation of client custom data reporting specifications
  • Coordinate with Account Executive, Operations Team Members, and Data Science team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of campaign Data Feeds. 
  • Build and maintain quality business relationships with clients data analytics teams
  • Track quantity and frequency of client data needs 
  • Report current status and forecast of data feed impact to senior management
  • Utilization of proprietary systems and tools for digital marketing campaign tracking, set-up, and QA
  • QA digital asset metadata to ensure accuracy of unique campaign identifiers required for data capture and alignment
  • Work closely with Process Analyst and Tech team on improvement of data operations systems and processes
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines without error or delays.
  • Understand data privacy and security policies to ensure custom data needs from clients are in compliance.
  • Contribute in new product roll-outs and new process implementation

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in digital data operations or project management
  • 4 Year College Degree or other relevant certification
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to understand the medical / pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles and business models
  • Understanding of digital content and marketing platforms/delivery systems
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products, JIRA, and Salesforce
  • High attention to detail in both new data entry as well as the auditing of existing data.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Ability to solve problems and bring timely resolution to issues.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and confidence
