Callstream is our leading provider of voice and connectivity solutions in the UK. Our hands-on technical knowledge has grown from a strong and solid foundation in leading-edge contact centre technology, with particular focus on PCI compliance, data security, call handling and hosted telephony.

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious and goal orientated Account Manager to join us in growing our sales team and managing some of our key accounts. The role will be with extremely varied, you will be tasked with managing, nurturing, building and retaining existing customers.  Callstream® has a superb market reputation and can offer an enviable working environment within a telecoms industry.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage current customer base, develop and maintain relationships with our key customers and partners to ensure a high degree of recurring business
  • Excellent communication & sales process skills
  • Ability to manage customer requirements, build strong relationships with accounts face to face and on the telephone
  • Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail with computer literacy
  • Provide weekly reporting against KPI’s and manage all contact and opportunities through internal company CRM
  • Retain account base through contract renewals and converting new opportunities each month to achieve YTD billing
  • Manage opportunity through sales cycle, gathering requirements, submitting proposals, contract negotiation to grow existing account base
  • Increase and maintain a healthy pipeline

 Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of account management (preferably technology product and solutions) with the ability to win, retain & grow existing accounts (against targets)
  • Self-motivated, driven and result focused team player
  • Highly persuasive, consultative and competitive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Being proactive, hand one & able to think outside of the box
  • Existing experience or knowledge of technologies such as Unified Communications, PCI DSS, IVR, Contact Centre solutions, Call Recording, Hosted Telephony etc. would be highly desirable.
