The Sr. Manager, Lead Operations will lead their team to support Sales targets by working with campaign delivery partners as well as supporting business strategy by building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. This role will work closely with Sales managers to improve deliverability of lead generation products, set-up processes and flow of campaigns. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Sales on the capabilities and needs of campaigns, discuss changes and influence strategies to ensure profitability for the company and deliver a quality product to our clients.
  • Evaluate costs taking into consideration margin goals ensuring all campaigns are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Partnerships that will influence pricing and deliver value.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to continue to meet business needs.
  • Organise and manage team workload based on priorities and capabilities.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor OKRs of the team.
  • Inspire, coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and processes.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain a healthy pipeline and address campaign issues.
  • Oversee reporting, planning, and auditing within the team and Partnerships
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives both for the team and for partnerships to meet sales’ needs.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations for all Partners, working in partnership with the Legal department.
  • Identify and address issues and opportunities for the company.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale and overall fun in the workplace.
