Overview

The key objective of the position is to grow new sales in Norway for our IT security portfolio and develop our partner channel. The security portfolio consist of mail-security, web-security, end point protection, encryption and archiving.

This role requires a proven successful track record of generating new sales within the IT Cloud Services industry. The ideal candidate will be goal and results orientated and have a customer focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving new business through identifying new opportunities
  • Participate in campaigns and create, develop and close leads and opportunities.
  • Be the customers’ trusted adviser, based on your technical understanding and product know how
  • Handle the entire sales process, at times from cold calling to closing the deals
  • Stay up to date with our market, products and general trends within IT-security
  • Work closely with all colleagues to ensure a superior customer experience and satisfaction

Key Requirements and Experience

  • Documented results from similar position, 5+ years new business sales with professional IT cloud services and IT-security products
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both Norwegian and English, other languages most welcomed
  • Goal and result oriented, with experience in valued based selling
  • Structured and analytical – able to leverage existing and new professional network relations to identify leads and opportunities
  • Experienced in working with major accounts, professional procurement and legal teams and understanding the internal decision process at larger companies
  • Hunter profile
  • Experience in product demos, live and via the web
  • Positive, customer-focused service-minded attitude
