Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager's job is to ensure that our products support the company's overall strategy and goals. In this role you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product, and working closely with Engineering, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for developing requirements/solutions and the implementation of these solutions by working closely with a companywide cross functional team.
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.
  • Manage the product development life cycle to support product releases on a regular basis.
  • Product evangelist for assigned product area both internally and externally.
  • Work with senior management to develop and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and opportunities globally.

Job Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years relevant internet and/or cloud and mobile services Product Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or additional directly related Product Management experience.
  • Experience with product management and product design related to Internet products and technologies.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with professional and technical audiences.
  • Be familiar with Agile processes and environments, and define key metrics for measuring product success.
  • Create and deliver technical or business decision maker presentations for internal/external customers.
  • Understand how service oriented back ends are built and structured.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures using soft skills. 
  • Must be flexible and quick to adapt to change.  Must be a strong self-starter.
