Health eCareers is looking for a B2B Senior Marketing Manager with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise to lead and contribute to projects that support the sales team and drive revenue growth.  This person will focus on acquiring and retaining customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including lead development and nurturing, email, digital advertising, e-commerce, sales product development and collateral, B2B content, social, events, channel marketing and related analytics. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the B2B senior marketing manager will also coordinate closely with our B2C marketing team aimed at job seekers to ensure that sales and advertising products/packages deliver impactful results for clients in the form of engagement across our job seeker audiences. As this high-impact role serves as a conduit between sales, marketing and product, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player and a strong, outgoing, cross functional leader who can demonstrate the impact of solutions they propose in order to build consensus and coordinate efforts.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy across all channels, including email, digital, social, content and events
  • Manage development of junior ad operations professionals to support sales product fulfillment and analyze performance of sales products
  • Oversee marketing lead generation through online and direct-to-sales channels
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external B2B communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
  • Collaborate with product and sales leadership to develop and manage product messaging, sales training and sales-enablement tools 
  • Manage B2B partner brand strategy and develop campaigns to drive revenue growth in key partner channels
  • Develop benchmarks and provide ongoing tracking /reporting for measuring success and ROI across B2B demand gen, revenue, engagement, and related sales marketing campaigns and activities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years marketing experience required in directly managing B2B marketing programs; MBA preferred but not required
  • Can handle both strategy and execution of lead generation and operations
  • Proven track record managing marketing and lead gen campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Strong analytical skills including experience reviewing results of campaigns, analyzing marketing and product funnels, identifying revenue impact of marketing campaigns and opportunities, and using data to make strategic recommendations for future actions
  • Deep experience with Sales Force and Hubspot (or equivalent); as well as marketing platforms and analytics including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with a CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, or Hippo
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be adaptable to effectively prioritize sales opportunities as needs change
  • Outgoing, strong leader with a positive attitude
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
