Who We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for a Partner Manager for our performance marketing team in either Austin or NYC.  You will report to a Director of Partner Management and work closely across Ziff teams to help secure and optimize performance marketing relationships which are a major contributor to revenue growth at ZMG.  In this role, you “own” and manage your business. This is an exciting opportunity for a self starter who wants to learn about affiliate marketing and ecommerce


  • Develop new partnerships and manage existing partnerships in the performance marketing space
  • Grow revenue by negotiating higher CPAs, commission rates, and securing flat fee advertising dollars
  • Sell and educate clients on our performance marketing solutions  and capabilities
  • Prospect for new business, including research of new companies and products for engaging existing customers and obtaining new customers
  • Manage all aspects of partner communications
  • Collaborate with other sales teams at ZMG to create compelling solutions that bring together performance marketing, brand advertising and licensing
  • Communicate new promotions and other relevant information to the appropriate internal merchandising teams in order to better serve your clients
  • Develop a subject matter expertise in your vertical


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in preferably a client facing role in sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing,  business development for an agency or a publisher
  • Comfort in analyzing partner performance data to extract insights 
  • Ability to work with limited direction and pro-actively communicate updates to manager
  • Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve problems and address client questions or concerns in a professional and thoughtful way 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of partner communication
  • Eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management
  • An ability and an inclination to collaborate
  • An ability to think creatively and critically
  • An ability to adapt quickly 
  • A sense of humor is always a plus
