Overview:

This diverse and dynamic role involves working closely with our established Sales Teams, Partner Sales, Account Managers and Finance. You will work closely with key clients and members of the finance team. It will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of Sales orders, Managing vendor orders and cancellation, Partner administration, Audit, Invoicing and billing inquiries. The role also includes collections procedures.

Job Duties:

  • Working with sales teams to handle new orders, coordinating with customer by phone/email where necessary
  • Responsible for creating client accounts
  • Understand client problems and incidents and ensures resolution within appropriate timescales
  • Controlling the entire order management process
  • Creating client accounts, handling billing enquiries and invoicing of customers
  • Responsible for administration
  • Reporting on all team activities to managers and members of the Account Management team
  • Creating process and structures to increase the efficiency of the team

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in administration and business intelligence.
  • Good commercial awareness and comfortable dealing with numbers
  • Experience dealing with corporate sales teams
  • People management experience
  • Must be familiar with billing programmes, CRM systems or sales systems (salesforce)
  • Confident in interacting with customer by telephone, presenting information to clients and colleagues
  • Great communication and organisation skills are ideal
  • Candidates must be capable of multitasking
  • Highly proficient in excel, word, outlook
