This role will collaborate across teams to work on weekly marketing emails and triggered messages. You’re perfect for the role if you are organized, detail-oriented (triple-checking that “i”s are dotted and “t”s are crossed!), a clear communicator, and work well under pressure. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns (set-up, QA, A/B testing, scheduling, and deployment)
  • Manage the email marketing calendar including the scheduling of all campaigns and calendar maintenance
  • Implement customer segmentation to accurately target audience for each email campaign
  • Work with Sales and Design teams to collect all assets needed for email deployment
  • Develop an understanding of important email performance benchmarks
  • Report on campaign metrics and apply learnings to future campaign optimizations based on past email performance
  • Monitor email deliverability and perform list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement
  • Support HTML email template edits and troubleshooting 

Desired Skill & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of email marketing experience with HTML knowledge
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, customer databases, HTML / CSS, A/B testing, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Experience working with ESPs (Sailthru a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Someone who is hungry to learn all things email marketing and loves to dig in and analyze data
