The Product Manager - Platforms & Tools role will be responsible for the content management systems used for powering websites and the tools used internally to manage affiliate marketing commerce. This is an internal-facing role where your users are your co-workers and you play a key role in building the tools that are the backbone of the business and enable teams to accomplish their work. Responsibilities

  • Engage with website-facing product managers and internal operations/support teams to determine their needs and translate them into clear requirements
  • Effectively manage a product roadmap and prioritize needs based on value and impact
  • Ask questions and become the internal subject matter expert of your products, how they are used, and how they connect within the system of internal tools
  • Triage user questions and conduct trainings
  • Develop intuitive, efficient, and scalable CMS UI & workflows 
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to maintain product and strategy alignment
  • Drive the organization to strategically smart decisions related to our internal systems
  • Map out the processes the tools support, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiency gains
  • Relentlessly reduce operational and system complexity
  • Participate in build vs. buy evaluations for key integrations ensuring we are investing prudently in core competencies and technologies and partnering where more appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of product experience, ideally in CMS/CRM systems and/or Affiliate Marketing space
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and initiatives
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, and an embedded drive for results
  • Dedication to quality, accuracy, and 100% accountability
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics and other tools are preferred
