ATS has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative II to work 1-2 days a week or as needed for back-fill.  An independent consultant would be ideal for this role.  This would be to cover vacations, time off and special projects.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products
  • Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery
  • Handling print queue issues
  • Performing hardware and software break fix on computer equipment within our customers site
  • Managing PC loaner program
  • Managing the PC refresh for the office

Qualifications will include:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A+ certification required
  • Certifications in IBM and HP preferred
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
