Project Manager
Description
OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will oversee task orders or a group of task orders related to the Enterprise Platform. The individual will collaborate with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Government management, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Government Program Manager, the Project Manager ensures the smooth management and execution of task orders, ensuring technical solutions and project schedules are implemented on time. This role requires continuous updates on milestones and project/task order statuses, and regular briefings to the Enterprise Platform Program Manager, J6 leadership, and other government stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and deliver task orders, ensuring adherence to technical and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (COR, J6 leadership, and agency representatives) to maintain project progress and status.
- Maintain and update project/task order milestones regularly, ensuring transparency across all levels.
- Prepare and deliver project status briefings to the Enterprise Platform Program Manager and relevant leadership.
- Identify risks, manage project deliverables, and ensure that the overall project objectives are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of program management experience and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and users.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master.
CLEARANCE
- Must be able to gain and attain IT-II / Moderate Risk eligibility or a current Tier 3 or equivalent investigation.
- Pursuant to a government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.
