Description
OVERVIEW
iTech AG is looking for a Solutions Architect to support our federal government customers. As a Solutions Architect, you will work with software engineering teams to guide the architecture of Data Experimentation and analysis products, own and facilitate architecture development, review architecture, and provide feedback on application designs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and integrate SaaS and microservices-based solutions for GSA’s modernization efforts.
- Ensure seamless system integration and alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Develop and implement SaaS and microservices architectures
- Ensure system interoperability and alignment with cloud strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
- 3+ years of experience designing and architecting large-scale applications, including SaaS and cloud-based applications
- 5+ years of Java/Web application development experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
- Hands-on experience with SaaS and API-driven architecture
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Expert in collaborating with team members
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Cloud-enabled/cloud-native solutions
- SecDevOps or DevSecOps
- Advanced Analytics
- Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence/Robotic Process Automation
- Integration/API/Microservices
- User Experience
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or 9 years of equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker orchestration tools.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.
- Existing GSA clearance is not required but is nice to have
