Overview
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, project management methodologies, and a proven ability to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage team, project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Implement systems within the ServiceNow framework using an Agile Scrum methodology to fulfill customer facilities management digitization needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to define milestones, timelines, and resource requirements, and track progress of implementation projects.
  • Lead daily scrums with project team to include developers, business analysts, and product owners to manage project progress and velocity.
  • Work with client stakeholders and product owners to build strategic roadmaps for future technology modernization.
  • Manage project financials to ensure that project burn is controlled and inline with initial financial plans, invoices are accurate and timely submitted to customer.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Management, or relevant field 
  • PMP
CLEARANCE 
  • Active public trust or the ability to obtain public trust
