Overview
iTech AG is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our Federal Customer. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, project management methodologies, and a proven ability to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage team, project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Implement systems within the ServiceNow framework using an Agile Scrum methodology to fulfill customer facilities management digitization needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to define milestones, timelines, and resource requirements, and track the progress of implementation projects.
- Lead daily scrums with the project team to include developers, business analysts, and product owners to manage project progress and velocity.
- Work with client stakeholders and product owners to build strategic roadmaps for future technology modernization.
- Manage project financials to ensure that project burn is controlled and in line with initial financial plans, invoices are accurate and timely submitted to customer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Management, or in a relevant field
- PMP Certification required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Active public trust or the ability to obtain public trust
