Human Resources Manager Role Profile 
Purpose of Role  
The Human Resource Manager reports to the Regional Managing Director and will lead consistent Human resources functions and strategies in Thailand with direction from ISP regional office across ISP schools in Thailand with accountability for talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safeguarding, succession planning, employee relations and retention, regional regulations, ISP compliance and Thailand immigration and labour laws and regulations.

ISP Human Resource Manager Key Responsibilities
 
Key Responsibility 1: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 
Key Responsibility 2: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
 
Key Responsibility 3: Manage & control the recruitment and selection process, expat services, especially expatriate academic staff
 
Key Responsibility 4: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
 
Key Responsibility 5: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 
Key Responsibility 6: Maintain pay plan and benefits program
 
Key Responsibility 7: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
 
Key Responsibility 8: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
 
Key Responsibility 9: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
 
Key Responsibility 10: Set up a consistent and effective HR functional system at the regional and school levels during the on boarding and operation period. 
 
Qualifications and Experience
-             Thai nationality with good English competencies.
-             Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
-             Minimum 5 years relevant experience (manager position), preferably in education and international recruitment.
-             Proven experience as an HRM/ HR lead with experience in HRIS administration, including data management and user support.
-             In-depth knowledge of Thai Immigration regulations, Labor laws and HR best practices.
-             Stakeholder management skills and good interpersonal skills.
-             Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM is an added advantage.
