AI Product Delivery Manager
Role Profile
Purpose of Role 
The AI Product Delivery Manager coordinates the global rollout of ISP proprietary AI products for teaching and learning across ISP schools, ensuring purposeful and impactful delivery. This role focuses on project management, relationship building with school stakeholders, and operational execution across diverse educational environments. The role works closely with product, academic, and technical teams, owning the overall delivery plan for a set of ISP’s AI teaching and learning products.

ISP AI Product Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities
 • Lead phased adoption of allocated ISP proprietary AI teaching and learning products developed and piloted in LabSchools, tailoring rollout to adopter schools’ contexts.  
• Oversee the global delivery schedule for AI products, including adoption, enablement, and alignment with school improvement plans.  
• Maintain and update a live delivery tracker with key metrics such as adoption rates, training completion, and product usage.  
• Prepare and present implementation dashboards and risk reports for governance groups and executive leadership.  
• Manage day-to-day delivery operations of global rollout phases for AI teaching and learning products as instructed.  
• Apply structured frameworks to build readiness and sustain behavioural change at school level in relation to AI-supported teaching and learning.  
• Maintain trust and buy-in with school AI leads, EdTech leads, and regional stakeholders.  
• Coordinate school readiness assessments to inform planning and deployment sequencing of AI products.  
• Gather feedback from schools and ensure insights are shared with product, academic, and technical teams for responsive iteration and planning.  
• Facilitate structured feedback loops and surface blockers, risks, and implementation insights.  
• Act as a key liaison between school and regional academic, product, operational, and technical teams.  
• Coordinate global CPD delivery for AI products through the Learning Hub and school-based sessions.  
• Use operational and usage data to evaluate implementation progress, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement plans.  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between AI product delivery, pedagogy, and ISP priorities.  
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience in complex global technology or education product delivery.
  • Experience gathering user feedback and responding to educator and school needs. 
  • Prior involvement in AI in education, learning technologies, or education innovation desirable.
Skills 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments.
  • Confidence prioritising work and making evidence-informed trade-offs.
