Established in 1960, Tenby Schools Ipoh was the pioneer of the 6 Tenby Schools which are now part of the International Schools Partnership. Purpose of Role
We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced CCA and Events Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
CCAs
Organise a broad programme of CCAs in line with C.A.S.E
Lead a team of CCA teachers and coaches
Maintain a curriculum and ensure consistent high-quality delivery
Monitor attendance of staff and students
Ensure that CCA’s allow for Team Sports development
Holiday Camps
To prepare a programme of Holiday Camps for the major school holidays
To prepare a programme of day camps for Saturdays throughout the Term
To coordinate the camps whilst they are in operation
To provide all of the administrative and logistical support to staff running the camps.
To coordinate the marketing of the camps to the local community with the Head of Marketing
Educational Visits – Day Trips and Residentials
To liaise with the Heads of School (Academic Leadership Team) to ensure we have a programme of trips for all year groups.
To assist with the logistical arrangements alongside the academic secretaries and academic staff
To prepare the submission of all documentation to the relevant departments, in school and out of school, for the trip
To require, of organizing teachers, that they complete all necessary steps in the organization of a trip
To approve the costing and pricing of all trips
Whole School Events
To coordinate the logistics of facilities and administration for the whole school events
To liaise with the Academic Leadership Team with the goal of ensuring a successful school event.
To coordinate with the Head of Marketing all marketing efforts related to the whole school event
Whole School events include International Day, Family Fun Day, Careers Day.
Interact
To work with the Staff Liaisons for Interact to ensure that interact has time on the CCA programme and support in arranging whole school fundraising initiatives.
Administrative support
To carry out all administrative duties as a team
To call on the Head of Schools PA for assistance when dealing with Whole School Events or preparing communication with Parents and VIP Guests.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Possess at least a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferable with experience in an international school
Patient, responsible and passionate
A team player and flexible to meet the needs of the department
Computer literate with good interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
