Purpose of the role
The Head of Global Agent Partnerships plays a critical role in driving recruitment growth and achieving ISP’s student recruitment targets. Working closely with colleagues based in ISP’s operational Regions this position is responsible for global strategy, expansion and development of the agent (channel partner) network and on-the-ground recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an immediate growth strategy including potential for increased investment and ROI.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales targets across ISP.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy and tactics by understanding ISP’s objectives, value proposition, and customers, with a focus on delivering immediate enrolment growth.
- Study and report on the current student flow trends via agents from source to destination countries and identify opportunities and focus areas.
- Proactively ensure all agent partnerships have their needs and expectations understood and met within the scope of ISP’s business guidelines.
- Own the end-to-end performance of Agents to ensure that expectations in terms of quality and criteria are met, that any under-performance is addressed and that recruitment targets are set and achieved each year.
- Participate in all recruitment activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions and managing enquiries/agent requests.
- Deliver market insight and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular and detailed reports to key ISP colleagues.
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the ISP CRM.
- Provide an escalation point for unresolved agent management issues within region and support the resolution of issues in a creative and timely way.
- Monitoring and controlling financial spending for events and travel, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial processes, while operating within agreed budgets and maximising value for money.
- Implement regular performance review and evaluation of all offices to ensure KPIs are met.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance.
- Experience in management of education (student recruitment) agents.
- Experience in the K12 segment.
- Extensive personal knowledge and contacts in key student source markets in Asia and elsewhere.
- High-level numeric literacy and critical thinking.
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills required in Business level English both written and speaking.
- Ability to meet targets within defined timelines among changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends and evenings (when required) in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally.
- Demonstrable success in a sales role.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Highly proactive and results oriented.
- Familiarity with usage of CRM systems like HubSpot etc.
- Track record in delivering growth revenues from value created within accounts.
- Strong pipeline analysis and forecasting experience.
- Fluency in an additional key source market language a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated experience working in a Matrix organisation including sharing of targets and co-management of teams.
