Key Responsibilities

Campaign management

  • Prepare and manage the school marketing calendar including email and social media schedules.
  • Develop the individual brand of each school.

Digital Communications

  • Identify stories from within the schools and create engaging content to promote them across a range of media, including online, email, social media.
  • Keep school website up to date.
  • Produce regular email marketing to pipeline.
  • Continually review performance of website, email campaigns, social media pages and landing pages and take a proactive approach to improving them.

School Events

  • Working with the Admissions teams, organize and promote school open days, school tours and school events for prospective parents and visitors.
  • Attend external events, exhibitions, and fairs to promote the schools.

School Communications & Brand Management

  • Assist with the design of new marketing and admissions materials.
  • Work with staff to ensure that branding is used correctly and consistently.
  • Manage Social Media organic posting.
  • Manage local providers.

Community and Business Relations

  • Develop opportunities for partnerships with local businesses and organisations.
  • Help to foster and maintain strong parent relationships.
  • Identify new ways to attract prospective customers, e.g. promotions.
  • Act as a school representative at meetings with corporates and local organisations.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Help to build the school marketing strategy, with Principals and ISP Head of Marketing.

Admissions

  • Work closely with Admissions team and deputise for Admissions Managers during sickness and vacation periods, as required.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field.
  • Minimum seven years’ experience working in education marketing.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent command of the English and Polish languages.
  • First class communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to produce engaging written copy for a variety of audiences.
  • Creative.
  • Excellent organizational skills: well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate, collate and interpret data.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Systems experience:
    • Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of HubSpot an advantage
    • Social media and social media management tools
    • Image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign)
    • WordPress
