The Digital Content Team Leader plays a pivotal role in the International Schools Partnership’s (iSP) School Website Harmony Project. This transformative initiative unifies the digital presence of all iSP schools onto a shared ecosystem and enhanced messaging framework.
This role not only involves creating, editing and optimising content that authentically represents each school’s story but also leading a talented content team to ensure all material aligns with iSP's offer. By skilfully harmonising individual school narratives with iSP’s shared purpose of growing the world’s most curious, confident minds, you will ensure that prospective families have an authentic, engaging and seamless online experience.

Key responsibilities – Digital Content Team Leader
- Team leadership and development
- Lead, mentor and support a diverse content team, following established guidance on brand voice and content goals.
- Uphold quality standards to ensure all content aligns with iSP’s messaging and project goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to support skill development and consistent performance.
- Coordinate workflows on monday.com to meet project deadlines, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas.
- Content creation, editing and brand alignment
- Oversee and approve final content, ensuring alignment with each school’s narrative within the iSP framework.
- Create high-quality, engaging content that authentically represents each school’s unique story within the iSP framework.
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, coherence and adherence
- Integrate each school's distinctive personalities, traditions and strengths with iSP's shared approach to learning and the benefits of being part of the iSP network.
- Understanding of SEO best practises and a willingness to learn to enhance visibility and user engagement.
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- Partner with the Project Manager to align on project timelines, milestones, and content objectives.
- Engage with school representatives from more than 24 countries, adapting to diverse cultures, languages, and educational contexts to gather essential content.
- Ensure all messaging supports enrolment goals and presents a cohesive narrative across the iSP digital ecosystem.
- Quality assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain high editorial standards across all content streams and team members.
- Uphold consistency in representing the shared learning framework without compromising each school's individuality.
- Ensure project deadlines are met to keep pace with the project streams working simultaneously.
Skills, qualifications and experience
- Exceptional writing and editing Skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English
- Understanding of user needs and brand narrative
- Ability to balance user needs with objectives, crafting content that is both engaging and strategically aligned.
- Experience with user experience (UX) principles and how content influences user engagement.
- Quick learner with adaptability
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new frameworks and content guidelines (training on the iSP brand, framework, offer and core content will be provided).
- Adaptable to changing project needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to gather information from various stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesise diverse inputs into cohesive and engaging content.
- Strong communication skills to articulate content strategies and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high editorial standards and content accuracy
- Education and experience
- Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, editing, or a similar role.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform content updates and improve engagement.
- Experience working with international organisations is an advantage.
