Role Profile: ISP Recruitment Manager 
Purpose of Role  
The position will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right talent for ISP and its schools in India. This position will also help identify, establish and maintain relationships with reputed colleges/ teacher training institutions and other channels to enable our schools to recruit quality talent from campus recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives. 
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job requisition to onboarding 
  • Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.
  • Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment Dashboard

Skills, Qualifications and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an reputed college or university
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR with a minimum of 10 years directly handling recruitment as an individual contributor.
  • Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken)
  • Experience working on an ATS is highly preferable.
 
The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate:
 
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Networking and People skills.
  • Should have business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and managing a team is preferable.
  • The ability to manage social media is an added advantage.
  • Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills.
