Purpose of Role

 

To support the Class Teacher in effective classroom instruction, student management, and academic activities, ensuring a positive and well-organized learning environment in line with CBSE guidelines and school policies.

CSA Assistant Teacher (CBSE)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Class Teacher in classroom teaching and daily academic activities.
  • Provide individual attention and academic support to students as required.
  • Help in classroom management, discipline, and smooth conduct of lessons.
  • Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials under teacher guidance.
  • Assist in assessment activities, correction of notebooks, and record maintenance.
  • Support students with learning difficulties and inclusive education needs.
  • Supervise students during class, breaks, assemblies, and school activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and learning spaces.
  • Assist in organizing co-curricular activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Communicate student observations to the Class Teacher.
  • Follow CBSE norms, child safety guidelines, and school policies.
  • Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by school authorities.
