Country Head of Admissions Greece
Purpose of Role
The Country Head of Admissions - Greece is responsible for driving student enrolment and retention across all schools within Greece. The focus is on operational execution, achieving ambitious country-level targets, enhancing the customer experience, and developing targeted, country-specific B2B strategies. This position requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and a data-driven approach to performance management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Country-Level Performance & Execution:
    • Develop and execute country-specific admissions and retention plans, driving significant enrolment growth and retention targets for all schools in the territory.
    • Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to ISP's best-practice admissions processes across all schools, holding them accountable for outcomes.
    • Optimise the end-to-end customer experience within the country, focusing on delivering a concierge-level service and improving satisfaction metrics.
    • Collaborate in the finalization of the country MAR plans, in collaboration with Marketing Team, and performance KPIs, delivering on qualified lead conversion and retention percentages.
  • Direct Team Leadership & School Partnerships: 
    • Lead, mentor, and develop all admissions and retention teams, ensuring strong collaboration with school leadership and alignment of admissions strategy with operations.
    • Oversee training, performance, and continuous improvement through regular school visits and hands-on support.
  • Country-Specific B2B & Market Development:
    • Develop and execute a detailed, country-specific B2B strategy to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships (corporations, embassies, relocation services, educational consultants) driving new student enrolments.
    • Create tailored B2B sales materials and initiatives, track partnership performance, and ensure ROI for country enrolment goals.
    • Drive faster overseas student enrolments through targeted B2B and agent network collaboration.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Oversee accurate CRM/MIS data management and deliver timely, data-driven performance reports and insights to regional leadership.
    • Collaborate with Finance to set and achieve realistic, ambitious country enrolment targets.
  • Governance, Compliance & Customer Experience:
    • Ensure adherence to country regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ISP policies across all admissions activities within the country.
    • Manage country-level parent complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Uphold ISP's reputation and deliver a consistently excellent customer service experience at school admissions touchpoints.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven senior leadership experience in admissions/recruitment, with a strong focus on country-level operations and team management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving enrolment growth and retention targets.
  • Direct experience managing admissions teams, including school-based staff.
  • In-depth understanding of the local market, B2B partnerships, admissions processes, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with school leaders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and the primary language of the designated country is essential.
