Purpose of Role
Drive the CAS curriculum and academic goals by guiding CAS teachers, overseeing programme implementation, and ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging experiences for students. Manage CAS operations, student support, and staff/resources so that cultural events, competitions, and day-to-day CAS activities run smoothly and contribute meaningfully to students’ holistic development.

Role Definition
A faculty for the CAS programs(Dance, Music, Arts and Drama) with the responsibility of driving the Academic Goals to the students and taking care of their co-curricular aspirations and needs.

Delivering the Curriculum Academic Operations Student Support People and Resource Management
Tasks & Activities
Delivering the Curriculum In charge of curriculum implementation as per directions of the Principal. Plan and understand the devised curriculum and the academic goals. Convert or cascade the same to practical actionable items for the teachers to deliver. Develop, clear, teacher specific academic goals for teachers and provide support to them with necessary resource materials and guidance in achieving these goals. Conduct regular collaborative meetings, stay back to monitor and ascertain the progress. Actively contribute to the Curriculum planning by gathering intelligence and feedbacks and create a database and evidences that will help support to provide feedback to the Principal in designing and implementing a relevant, challenging and rigorous curriculum. Supporting the STUDENTS Being accountable for the academic, social and emotional well‐being of children under your purview Track student progress, set systems in place to identify the gaps and provide support. Ensure each child is given attention and given equal opportunity to perform. Motivate the teachers to develop progressive personalized goals for each student depending on the student’s capacity and ensure that the progression is carried out. Encourage students to give feedback on their academic needs and try to support it with the help of the teacher.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Requirements: Relevant experience in activity planning and execution. Degree in education, recreation, or a related field.
