Purpose of Role:
The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for the school. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing effectiveness, and driving quality lead generation through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Lead the annual Marketing planning process to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.
- Drive quality lead generation activities across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Proactively manage the content, media, event, and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regional brand and editorial guidelines.
- Produce digital and print publications, organizing photography/videography shoots and design/editorial content as needed.
- Continuously improve promotional campaigns to achieve target inquiry, application, acceptance, and enrollment rates.
- Event Management:
- Plan and Execute Events: Develop, organize, and oversee marketing events, including open days, Admissions day, community outreach programs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate Logistics: Manage all event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Evaluate Event Success: Analyze the effectiveness of events through feedback and metrics and adjust future event strategies based on insights and results.
- Campaign Management:
- Leverage content, media, and PR opportunities to enhance school visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaboration and Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with staff to support marketing initiatives.
- Represent the school at relevant marketing and outreach events.
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree/Master level.
- Qualification in Marketing or Business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Education industry is advantageous.
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
