Purpose of Role
The Group CRM Manager (GCRMM) will play a pivotal role in driving deployment and expanded utilisation of a core part of ISP’s tech stack. Reporting to the Group Head of Customer Service, the GCRMM will work in tandem with the current Group CRM Manager and team, the Regional Marketing and Admissions leads and their teams to ensure functions are supported so ISP meets its student enrolment and retention objectives.
Expert knowledge of HubSpot is essential for this role (ideally acquired in a commercial education context). You will be expected to collaborate with our other HubSpot experts across our regions to share best practices, ensure reliable HubSpot operation across all ISP time zones, and provide fast, accurate, friendly internal operational and reporting support.

ISP Group CRM Manager - Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration
- Configuration and management of HubSpot features to implement ISP business processes for marketing, and student enrolment (with associated reporting).
- Collaborating with Group technology team members on designing, configuring, and maintaining HubSpot integrations and aligning with admissions processes across regions.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure data sync, data integrity, and data consistency in our HubSpot environment.
- Being a champion for HubSpot and training our team on the platform and features. Selling the benefits of the system to our regions and schools.
- Identifying areas where HubSpot can further improve our internal processes and increase student enrolment.
- Keeping up to date on HubSpot's latest features and enhancements and sharing that with our stakeholders and teams to enhance conversions.
- Product owner, managing ongoing group contract, license, training, and development requirements
- Managing user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Campaign Execution
- Deploy engagement campaigns, using themes defined by marketing, distribution, and design teams, that meet our quality standards and improve student conversion.
- Support regional teams with the delivery of content and media schedules including the creation of workflows and the automated assigning of contact owners, properties etc.
- Grow leads and organic brand awareness in the online marketplace using the email nurturing functionality and any other HubSpot best practices to further support better conversions.
- Optimize our marketing automation and nurturing processes with a multi-channel strategy.
- Establish analytics to continually refine and improve our conversion process.
IT Administration
- Collaborate with IT staff as needed on IT administration and support requests.
- Receive directions to specific IT tasks and workflows.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science (or relevant equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent HubSpot certifications.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with external suppliers/vendors
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience compiling data and producing management information reports.
- Knowledge in general IT / computer troubleshooting and problem-solving
- procedures.
- Active listener, clear communicator, problem-solver, and flexible.
- Corporate IT or Operations experience.
- Marketing or Advertising experience.
- Proficiency with other marketing and sales platforms and tools.
- Experience of the international education sector is an advantage.
