Key Responsibilities  

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform staffing and budget decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide real time visibility into key HR metrics, including staff allocation, payroll costs, and budget utilization.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align budget setup and control measures.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
  • Help in the setup and monitoring of the HR budget, providing insights on the variances and areas for cost optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Regional Head of HR that highlight key financial metrics and HR operational efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems through data analytics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to best practices in data management.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues and best practices. Finance background preferred.
  • Solid track record of building relationships at all levels and proving pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs.
  • Ability to problem solve in multiple contexts.
  • Oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Hands on work when necessary and field work in our schools when required.
