Purpose of Role
In charge of coordinate the execution of strategies and actions for other revenues in school P&L including those to create and strengthen other revenue streams.

ISP Ancillary Revenues Key Responsibilities
- Design the action plan for other school incomes supported by the regional strategy: assuring the resources, structures, budgets, goals and communication plan for the internal and externas customers.
- Standarized data and reports to provide elements and to make decisions based on real data
- Present and deploy the KPI’s and controls relevants for other incomes according the plan and with the team responsible for each of them
- Prioritize the action plan and identify new opportunities during its execution.
- Coordinate the other ancillaries regional strategy in the school customizing it and supporting it on budgets, sources, infrastructures, students profiles, competition and revenues expected during the FY
- Contribute to select the best vendors and agreements to reduce the operational costs for otherincomes plan
- Build effective, supportive and professional relationships with current families to promote extra activities to develop skills for a whole experience according student’s interests and to strengthen a referred plan.
- Identify alliances with internal and external stakeholders, schools, providers within the ISP schools
- Ensure the right communication plan aligned to the income strategy.
- Assure and prioritize with the head director of the school, the enrol students results for afterschools, summers, trips and other revenues incomes according the results expected and volume of participants per activity.
- Design and implement periodical service and results assesstments with families
- Manage and adjust the plan in a fast-paced and changing environment to achieve the final results
- Proactively provide feedback to stakeholders in schools and regionals teams to ensure positive customer experience and results
- Provide productivity reports weekly vs targets to understand deviations, take actions and focus on priorities
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate:
- 3 years of experience on sales, planning, customer service or schools activities coordination.
- Knowledge and understanding of education environment and admissions process
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff and others
- Start up experience is valuable for the position.
- Used to multi-functional reporting / matrix organization.
- Experience in a coordination position in schools is a must
- Intermediate level in Spanish & English
- Data analysis skills to plan and make decisions
- Ability to organise and coordinate work independently and set priorities in the context of a full, multifaceted set of responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish rapport with diverse families and school staff
- Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth;
