Key Responsibilities
Media & Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing and social media use.
- Create compelling digital content, including promotional videos, reels, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Maintain and manage the school’s multimedia archive (videos, photos, graphics).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the school's values.
- Work with the team to ensure the website and other digital platforms have updated and engaging visual content.
Additional skills and knowledge
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Manage SEO strategies & SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Marketing & Admissions team to align digital strategies with overall enrollment goals.
- Support school events by capturing live content for marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors and agencies when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in media, Business, Marketing & Communication, or a related field.
- English proficiency: Fluent or Intermediate
- 2+ years of experience in media production or a similar role.
- Strong skills in video production, editing (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools), and photography.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge about SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
Passion for education and an understanding of the international school environment is a plus.
