ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to support CRM and Field Sales Force initiatives.
You will act as the key link between local business stakeholders and global product and technical teams, translating commercial and operational needs into clear requirements and supporting delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is suited to someone who can quickly understand the business context, work independently and take ownership of deliverables in a dynamic, international environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within CRM, Field Sales Force or commercial technology projects
- Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to lead business discussions in both languages
- Experience working with international, cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Good understanding of system integrations, data flows and business processes
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver value with minimal ramp-up time
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and delivery-focused mindset
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Field Sales Force platforms
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or field sales environments
- SAP experience, particularly in integration scenarios
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Experience supporting UAT, go-live and user adoption activities
- Portuguese language skills
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with stakeholders across Iberia to understand business needs, processes and priorities
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications for product and technical teams
- Support CRM and Sales Force Automation implementation and enhancement activities
- Coordinate with local business teams and global Product, Development and Operations teams
- Analyse business processes, data flows and system integrations across platforms
- Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and go-live readiness
- Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scalable solutions
- Deliver high-quality outputs within the agreed scope and timelines
