(Remote Opportunity)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ecommerce Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery and will lead the engineering, testing, and implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Bloomreach ecommerce solutions. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project execution and delivery of high-quality ecommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve issues, and proactively manage project risks.

 SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Bloomreach Implementation:

  • Lead the technical aspects of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Bloomreach ecommerce solutions implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical requirements, system configurations, and integrations.
  • Oversee the customization and extension of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform to meet business needs.
  • Drive the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations.

 Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and manage communication channels.

 Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.

 Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of ecommerce operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evaluate new solutions for potential implementation.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically within the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and ecommerce domain.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and/or Bloomreach ecommerce solutions.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in the ecommerce domain.

Primary Location Pay Range: $125k - $150k per year
