IT Project Manager / Product Owner – CRM

Poland  |  Remote  |  6-Month Contract  | 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Product Owner to lead the implementation and rollout of a global CRM platform across multiple international markets.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on project needs.

The role will take end-to-end ownership of the project from an IT and Product Owner perspective and act as the key interface between business stakeholders, local markets, internal IT teams and external technology vendors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, IT Product Owner, CRM Product Owner or Technology Delivery Lead, with hands-on ownership of CRM or enterprise application implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering CRM, Sales Technology or Customer Engagement implementations
  • Strong understanding of the full technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment and adoption
  • Experience managing external software vendors and working with cross-functional technology teams
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across business and IT organizations
  • Experience managing multi-country or global technology rollouts
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce, IQVIA OCE or similar solutions
  • Experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, FMCG or other complex commercial environments is an advantage
  • Strong project-management capabilities across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, structured and hands-on approach with the ability to independently drive initiatives end to end
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively across Europe, Asia and LATAM time zones, with reasonable flexibility in working hours
  • There may be occasional travel to local markets during key project milestones, such as UAT or go-live.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the CRM implementation project end to end from an IT and Product Owner perspective
  • Define priorities, manage the product backlog and translate business needs into clear technology requirements
  • Lead rollout planning and deployment across multiple countries and regions
  • Coordinate global business stakeholders, local market teams, IT teams and external vendors
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery quality
  • Drive system configuration, integration, testing, UAT and go-live activities
  • Ensure alignment between global standards and local market requirements
  • Manage vendor performance and support resolution of technical and delivery issues
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement following implementation
  • Ensure appropriate IT governance, security, compliance and data-management standards
  • Act as a key contact for business users during and after rollout
  • Provide ongoing CRM support, troubleshooting and issue coordination
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve system issues
  • Support user training, adoption and preparation of user documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usability and overall user experience
  • Support continuous improvement of the CRM platform following go-live
  • Ensure solutions and processes are aligned with relevant compliance, security and data-privacy requirements.
